I was asking because it is my understanding that if a county fails to take care of a road for a certain number of years then it becomes private property. Since it has only been six months the issue is not ripe.

Would it be possible to blacktop the hill or the certain bad spots? Probably expensive but would end up saving money over time.

Where are they setting up the roadblocks? I used to hear of them setting up at Nada Tunnel. Also I have always heard that when setting up a roadblock it must be made public knowledge as to the date and time. Not sure if this just an urban legend or if it's true. I read the training plan, but wasn't sure if this could be turned into a three month workout or if it was strictly a one month. If you can stretch this workout over 3 months how would you do it? For instance would you do Week 1 for three weeks, then do week 2 for 3 weeks etc...?

The Arcteryx Miura is pretty awesome. It comes in 3 sizes, it's durable and comfortable.
