Looking for people to climb with this weekend

flying into mount sterling airport saturday.... hoping to catch a ride out to the climbing areas or find some others to climb with.... hanging around until monday night.... we will be a coed group of 3 to 5 with our own sport gear....

How long have you been climbing DB? Have you ever read any of the books on training for climbing written by Eric Horst? While I wouldn't dispute that nutrition is important and I do use supplements I strongly believe that the type of training that you do is more important for improving at our sport...

I think you are saying that to be lean and strong, exercise, not diet is the key. While that works well at your probable young age, in the long run, poor dieting takes its toll on the body.
