Pepper spray or mace. I have that on my bike whehn they chase me. Now a taunt them when thay come out. it teaches them a valuable lesson, and it's fun (in a sick way)

Does it bother anyone else that all these people look the same? WOW! This is like a test lab that could never be done legally using normal scientific studies. I bet if you draw the family tree for this family, it would look like a fence post

Jenee and I are now Parents. Sydney Raye Lusk was born 11/6/06 6lbs 13oz She's PERFECT! Jenee and Sydney are both doing well. Anyone who knows Jenee will not be shocked to know that she worked out for an hour on the day she went in to labor and was raking leaves and bagging them when the contraction...

I try to swim 3-4 times a week. Most days I get in 1300 meters but I try to go 2500 or over once a week. I find it strengthens the same muscles as climbing

Man...I am sorry I just logged on to see this. Suggestions for nipple protections and chaffing issies...BODY GLIDE! One application to the nips and all those sensitive areas where the sun don't shine but get rubbed raw will thank you. I swam, bikes and ran 140 miles and that body glide did the job. ...

Baby is due in mid November. I'll have to get a lot of fall climbing in this year. Who knows...I have no idea what to expect.

Thanks everyone....I know the changes are coming. I need to get some climbing in this summer while I still can!! I hope the weather cooperates with me this year. I look forward to seeing all of you in the next few weeks.
