Have you considered a 12 month pass instead of the calender year pass, as in I buy a pass this March and it goes until the following March? Just a thought.

A few of us old schoolers know a guy, who back in the
day was pretty solid on 5.13, and could do seven pull ups.
I was always pretty impressed by that.

His owners live just before the top of the hill as you head down to the Motherlode. I think they just give him the run of the place. We stopped at the house on top of the hill to inquire if he was a stray were given the story.
