Sorry if the price thing was confusing. Go with VA's explanation. If anyone is seriously house shopping feel free to shoot Steve or myself a private msg. We are hesitant to sell the house without using an agent but how could we not post something here first. Gotta give first dibs to the climbers. Lb...

We haven't settled on a price yet. Somewhere in the low to mid 100's. Nice little house, nice street but far enough away from the trendy neighborhoods to keep it reasonable. Unless word of mouth or message board turns up a potential buyer, we will sit down with an agent in a couple weeks.

Thanks Wes, never would of thought of that one. Problem solved. I'll head to the Dodge dealership right now. (Is it still okay to be a smart ass on here?)

So if you have a Eurovan with a camper conversion that we might peer inside of please let Steve or myself know. Thanks

Astoundingly good venture into Ohio! Enjoyed comfest. Good beer. Nearly lead the gay pride parade in the news car as we arrived just before the parade started. Tasty gelatto from the candy store on North High Street. Awards way too long, but Steve won 2 emmy's, 1 for a story about the woolly worm fe...
